Eve Online SKillwatch Update
The Eve Online Skillwatch gadget has kindly been updated by a user, it has the following changes:
- The gadget will automatically update it's skill list if it comes across a skill it doesn't know.
- There is a server online/offline/starting up notification.
- A tweak to get the gadget to stop showing a white, instead of transparent, background it sometimes did after the update to IE 9

yay! an update! best gadget EVER! I use it everyday. :)
This appears to be a broken gadget, it cannot access the API. Even with new vcode and ID it cannot access. I noticed both new and old versions are not updating. Something is busted :(
The download link is giving a 404 error.
